After leading Upcycle Bikes since its founding in 2022, Executive Director Rick Armbruster has decided to step away from his leadership role at the organization to devote time and energy to personal pursuits. Upcycle Bikes is excited to welcome Matt Jaglowski as its next executive director, effective April 27, 2026.

A full-time college student, part-time tutor, multi-band musician, and volunteer, Willow’s days are long—often 12 to 15 hours when classes are in session. “It keeps me busy,” she says, “and limits how much I have to go back and forth between home and campus.”

Isiah starts most days with three simple goals: “Ride my bike, move around, try to help people.” Staying positive is his priority, and his bike helps him do just that.
