Bike Repairs and Adjustments
If you’ve received a bike from Upcycle Bikes and need repairs, we’d love to help!
Stop by the shop and we’ll get you back on the road in no time.
We provide free service to any bike with an Upcycle Bikes sticker.
Service is available at our shop during regular hours, and repairs are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Mechanic time is always free to our riders, but if your repair requires any replacement parts, there will be a charge to cover the wholesale cost of the parts needed.
If your repair will take us longer than 30 minutes to complete, we’ll offer you an exchange bike for $40. This option allows you to leave the shop with a ready-to-ride bike, ensuring you have continued transportation access.
Please note: Upcycle Bikes is not a retail bike shop and does not provide the same level of service that a retail bike shop is able to offer. Service is only available to our bike recipients.
