At Upcycle Bikes, understanding our riders and how they access the community matters deeply to us. You know the people you serve best, and the information you share here helps us in three big ways: it helps us understand how bikes are actually being used — for work, appointments, and daily life — so we can keep improving what we provide with every bike; it shows us where transportation needs are greatest across West Michigan, so bikes go where they're needed most; and it tells the story of this work to the funders and donors who keep every bike no-cost.
