At Upcycle Bikes, understanding our riders — and how a bike helps people get where they need to go — matters deeply to us. Whether you work for one of our partner organizations or you're receiving a bike yourself, the information shared here helps us keep improving what we provide with every bike, shows us where transportation needs are greatest across West Michigan, and tells the story of this work to the funders and donors who keep every bike no-cost.
